Intermittent call routing issues

We experienced intermittent call routing issues between 10:15pm EST and 10:55pm EST. During this time some calls may have routed to failover and other calls may not have been impacted. The issue was related to a single server within a cluster failing to renew an SSL certificate. We've taken steps to correct this issue and are reviewing our automatic renewal process to ensure this will not happen again.
